Symphony Of Birdsong

Up way before dawn again and have to be somewhere this morning quite early. One thing I love about the warmer months of the year is that I can have my windows open. I live on a lake so their are some many interesting sounds out their from the wind blowing, waves on the lake and my favorite right now...a symphony of Birdsong.


It's incredible in it's strength and beauty...it is pitch dark out still yet the birds anticipate the dawn and a vast multitude of flying choir members have added to the tapestry of sound, literally filling the universe with it, at at least it seems so....frankly, it is inspiring. I also get a sense of simplicity and hopefulness when I hear this each morning.


I know, this sounds an awful lot like a bunch of Birkenstock Wearing/Granola Chomping/Hippy-Dippy Stuff but hey...I am what I am and I like what I like.


I can only hope that you too, my dear blog reading friends ...get to wake up to such beauty each day!
