Yes, Yes folks...I am still wide awake (though feeling absolutely exhausted) and just sitting here with another bowl of my gor-med snack of the Walmart Store Brand version of Honey bunches of Oats. It's getting bad because I am eating for lack of anything else to do along with the motivation that often right after I eat I feel sleepy and perhaps there is an outside chance that I might actually sleep.
I just doesn't feel healthy living this way and there has to be a way to break the cycle so I can get on a healthier track of eating habits. At this point in time I can't stop the bingeing on cereal and ice cream so that is the place where I have to start.
Oh, I feel your pain! I am a long time sufferer of imsonmia. I take Ambien nightly for it, but it's monitored closely. Since I've been working out more, I've been sleeping easier, and one day I hope to be off the Ambien completely. But I have to say, it's been a life saver...
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately Ambien and Lunesta have not ever helped my situation, plus both of those sleeping pills were part of my suicide concoction so there is some really unpleasant memories there I would rather avoid.
